Good played with condition.
Velcro in good condition.
Some slight fraying/wear to bottom of plain black tulle fabric layer.
Was a non-removeable dress that someone has managed to take off.
I think there is a cut ribbon fastener from this (see close-up photo).
Dress is reversible. Black side is supposed to be a skirt (not dress).
